Vehicle Description CPR Classic is delighted to offer this lovely 1969 Porsche 911E Targa finished in its original color combination of Bahama Yellow over a black interior.
This example was originally delivered in California and spent the vast majority of its life in the United States.
The car was exported to a collection in Belgium in 2015 where it remained for 7 years.
The car was then purchased by a long-time client of CPR after having been reimported to the United States.
Following their acquisition, the client sent the car to DNA Motorsports in Miramar California to have service items addressed and restoration work performed.
DNA Motorsports carried out a repaint of the car due to some imperfections and shrinkage in the existing paint.
All of the surrounding seals were replaced including the rear glass seal and body seals.
DNA also performed a service changing all fluids, performed a safety inspection, and verified engine tuning.
Following its time spent at DNA Motorsports the car was sent to AutoBahn Interiors in Sorrento Valley California to have the front seats refinished.
The seats were fully disassembled and refinished with new padding and fresh seat covers.
Houndstooth inserts with Bahama Yellow weaved in were added to enhance the aesthetic of the interior and to provide contrast to the exterior color.
Upon arrival at CPR Classic, the car was found to be in nice condition only needing minor items addressed.
The car spent several days in our workshop being detailed, paint-corrected, and scrutinized to ensure that all electrical systems were in working order.
