Vehicle Description CPR Classic is excited to offer this lovely 1966 Porsche 912 painted in Leaf Green with a black interior and green tartan inserts.
This 912 was acquired by CPR from a collector client in Texas and presents as a very nice driver quality restoration throughout.
The exterior is finished in Leaf Green, a subtle and seldom seen factory color.
The exterior paint presents in excellent condition with only minor imperfections.
When the car was repainted, Talbot mirrors were installed as well as a painted cover for the exhaust cutout on the driver side bumper.
The exterior brightwork is mostly original and in very nice condition throughout.
The decos and weather stripping were replaced after the car was repainted along with the horn grills, headlight rings, and exterior lenses.
The bumper guards are unrestored and show very light amounts of pitting.
Overall the fit and finish of the exterior is very tidy and well executed.
The interior in the car is finished in black vinyl with added tartan inserts.
The door panels, dash, seats and headliner are all in excellent condition.
The gauges are original and in beautifully preserved condition.
When the interior was restored, the owner at the time also chose to install a wooden shift knob and steering wheel as well as an aftermarket horn button.
CPR will install a correct steering wheel, shift knob and recover the front seats if the new owner would prefer.
