I am a Customer Service Representative II with extensive experience in Medical Billing Insurance Coder, I am familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Medical Office by using  Medisoft.  MEDCIN( EHR- EMR) trained.  I processed credit card payments over the phone on Inbound and Outbound call. Troubleshooted phones.  And had product knowledge and instructed step by step to use phones. Made copies of invoices, and call detailed usage on Excel. Also, communicated within the company thru Outlook in the Call Center. Maintained call center standards.

 

I feel that I am the perfect candidate for this position because I am eager to learn and adapt quickly. I consider myself an asset and believe that I would enhance the posture and growth of my future employer. I am a diligent worker, dependable, reliable.

I feel that my customer service and ability to promote business through knowing the knowledge of my products would be an asset in this role.
