Senior Director of Sales and Marketing

Summary: Provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in both Domestic and International markets. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions
Recruit, evaluate, train, lead, coach, and mentor department staff to ensure a cohesive, productive, and accomplished team
Develop and coordinate sales forecasts
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales analysis, charts, presentations, etc. for executive review and discussion
Work with Corporate Counsel to review, edit, and approve supplier agreements, quality agreements, and other customer contracts
Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services
Identify new marketing opportunities to grow business, increase sales, and broaden brand and product recognition
Plan and develop company marketing and communications materials
Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs
Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets
Directly manage and develop major client accounts, generate proposals and quotes, prepare and conduct presentations, demonstrate products, and coordinate the management of all other accounts
Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
Promote positive relations with customers, partners, and distributors
Participate in planning and policy-making strategies related to sales and marketing
Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) with 10 years of sales and marketing management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in medical device and/or cosmetic industries, particularly in U.S., European, and Asian markets
Other Skills/Abilities: Strong computer skills, especially knowledge of Microsoft programs, CRM software, and ERP systems

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
