QUALIFICATIONS Winery Host/Greeter Passion for the wine and hospitality industry.
Must be 21 years of age for this position.
Greet each guest in a friendly and polite manner.
Direct guests according to what you interpret their needs are.
Inform them of any policies such as pets, state that we are service animal exclusive.
Inform guests that we are a family friend establishment, our posted signs promote a safe experience.
Inform guests of any specials or events happening each day.

Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times by providing excellent guest service.

Setting up and taking down of bar/station.

Case carry-outs.

Assist servers and cashiers.

Assist with tables.

Supports the functionality of a clean and organized tasting room and outdoor dining area.

Build rapport with guests in order to ensure guest retention.
11.
Selling of wine club memberships, wine products, featured wines, and merchandise.
