Social Catfish is seeking a Web Product Manager to develop new software product concepts, designs, and/or enhancements to existing product design to improve customer experience, increase LTV, reduce churn and help us innovate as a brand.
As a Web Product Manager you will be working closely with our in-states and overseas team of Website Developers, Designers, and Marketing Teams to conduct research and develop a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, and trends in the market.
You must be able to develop requirements, documents, functional specifications, mock-ups, and wireframing to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.
You will be participating in all phases of the product development lifecycle including analysis, design, testing, and integration of products as well as the introduction of products to the market.
Responsibilities:
Drive day to day roadmap prioritization and sprint planning with Development Team Effectively create user stories for Development Team by clearly articulating front end requirements with product management software Strong domain knowledge in optimizing overall content, landing pages, and navigational structure for SEO Demonstrate ability as a product manager to use analytical data to support decision making and to improve key performance indicators such as Conversion Rates Perform heat mapping and A/B testing ahead of release to ensure feature enhancements and bug fixes are being delivered to spec Identify user needs and build mechanisms for gathering user feedback and uncover opportunities Identify user needs and build mechanisms for gathering user feedback and uncover opportunities Work closely with Management to enhance the overall website as a product, including feature development, roadmap, and backlog of feature requests Use data and analytics to identify opportunities to improve user experience, service quality, efficiency, and effectiveness for the site Help identify KPI's and metrics of success critical to evolving the website, and help drive the creation of effective and efficient internal reporting with Analytics team Work closely with Management to enhance the overall website as a product, including feature development, roadmap, and backlog of feature requests Use data and analytics to identify opportunities to improve user experience, service quality, efficiency, and effectiveness for the site Help identify KPI's and metrics of success critical to evolving the website, and help drive the creation of effective and efficient internal reporting with Analytics team
Qualifications:
Ability to translate technical ideas and concepts into terms a non-technical audience would understand High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive with a proven track record of getting tasks completed on time Excellent written and verbal communication skills using various digital communication tools Must be familiar with analytics tool software such as Jira, Crazy Egg, Google Analytics, Google Search Console Job Type:
