Responsibilities for busser:
Completes any beginning or closing shift duties Assists in maintaining each work service station Manages competing demands while putting the guest first Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and transport objects up to 25 lbs Passionate about the Food & Beverage Industry and a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience Experience in fast paced or casual fine dining operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail-oriented Clears all used tableware, napkins and refuse from tables to tubs in bus station and wipes table, chairs and clears debris and crumbs from floor areas surrounding table Retrieves requisitioned items from stockroom, ensuring requisition is complete and correct, and stocking supplies in proper places, rotating stock at all times Assists waitstaff by refilling customers beverages and accommodating requests for additional condiments, food items or clean/fresh tableware Keeps ice stations filled at all times by carrying buckets of ice from the main ice machine and pouring into individual ice stations Deliver food to the tables ensuring that it is delivered promptly and of the appropriate temperature Learn and maintain product knowledge of the food, wine, and beverage menu(s) Communicate with other staff, management and culinary team Qualifications for busser:
Maintain composure while under stress Must be able to pass the Safe Food Handler Certificate Program Make sure diners' water glasses are full RSB- Alcohol Certification Reset tables for the next service Provides Server support by maintaining the ice water, side dishes and any other items as directed at each table Executes table clean up and set up in an efficient manner Work Availability, AM or PM, weekend and Holidays Offering $15.
